BIOGRAPHY
Nefertiti Gold is a Haitian-American independent singer/songwriter from the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. She has performed in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. She also performed in Austin Texas during the SXSW Music Festival in March of 2019. Using her love of guitar and possessing a naturally soothing, soulful voice, Nefertiti Gold creates a unique acoustic R&B vibe with a Pop/Neo-Soul sound that has yet to be heard in mainstream music.
Nefertiti Gold has a background in classical singing and has previous experience in performing in Italian, Latin, French and German. Nefertiti’s last EP “It Would’ve All Been Different” was released July of 2018 and is available on all streaming platforms. It is regarded as a predominantly acoustic compilation that examines the emotional state of love and life.
Nefertiti Gold’s most recent release, Oh Girl, is completely self-produced, -mixed and -mastered. Oh Girl has made its appearance on various Spotify Independent-ran playlists; it has been extremely well-received and hailed as having a “heartfelt tune possessing a horn-laden instrumentation flavored with retro-soul and contemporary R&B elements.” - Bong Mines Ent
